Design: DNA was extracted from a pool of 10 male and 10 female flies per strain and sheared to an average size of 400 bp with a the Covaris E220 sonicator. Libraries were prepared with a NEBNext Ultra II DNA Library Prep Kit (NEB E7645). Between 2024 libraries were pooled per lane and 150-bp paired-end reads were sequenced on the HiSeq4000 at Novogene.
